The breakfast was varied and excellent with free drinks and attention to detail.

This hotel is stuck in a time warp- the 1970s and doesn't realise the world has moved on. Old fashioned, poor service and we would never go back.

Make sure you stay in the double room with sunset view and a balcony. The location is stunning and incredible, in a buffet area. Great nearby places include Caffe bar Bass, we usually had drinks there...
The bathrooms are disgusting.

It was not in a major tourist area, but still within reach of all other areas.
It would have been very good to have had tea/coffee making facilities in the room, also no ordinary tea was offered in the Restaurant only fruit teas, also a warning of the difficulty in accessing the beach if you are not particularly agile it would be impossible, I found it quite daunting and I consider I am quite able if not young, no hand rails provided. A shuttle service into Pula would also be a great asset.

The pool was a chill spot after beach days, and the nearby park was nice. Room cleaning was daily. Enjoyed great coffee from the bar too!

The only thing good about the hotel is the walking distance from the beach... And thats about it. Might as well pitch up a tent on the beach itself and save yourself the money.
I'm use to shitty conditions being in the military so take this with a grain of salt. "Motel" Pula is probbly the worst hotel you'll stay in if you compare the price to quality. I've stayed in worst but I only paid $20 for a night so it didn't matter. It's situated near a ghetto and the outside looks pretty runned down. When we arrived, the system did not reconize our reservations so we ended up getting rooms without the balcony paying the same price. We used the wwii elevator to go up to our rooms on the second floor walking around looking for our rooms until we realized the receptionist wrote the wrong floor on our room card. We each booked seperate rooms and when we walked in, I could not stop laughing for a good 10min. Room smelled like fresh baby dipers, stains all over the walls and rug, holes in the rug, and the sheets from the bed are straight out of military boot camp; no lie. Since we were only staying one night I didn't bother giving a damn. The photos above were taken a looong time ago, or they have a pretty good PhotoShop team.

Bookings.com informed that it was only 2,5 from city center and that was the reason we booked the hotel. But we had to take a taxi to a very rough area - 4,5 kilometers away from the city center. The room was located in a basement with a broke balcony door.

Good location - easy walk into Pula or a short taxi ride. Pleasant swimming pool and nearby beach.
There was no soap placed in the room for 2 days. I had to ask for soap and shampoo as one day no shampoo was left in the room one day either.

Avoid this hotel. The receptionist photo-copied my credit card. She did nit have my Booked.net reservation on arrival. She gave me a different price. Breakfast was awful and the room was really below average...

I enjoyed the fine sea view from my balcony, especially during sunset. The peaceful atmosphere felt relaxing, and the nearby walking trail was perfect for leisurely strolls.
Better accessibility for seniors would be beneficial.
